Do you have a florist shop?
Yes, we have a lovely florist shop located in Glenshaw, PA (near Pittsburgh, PA)! We offer a wide variety of product for gifting or home decor besides floral arrangements.
How do I place an order?
Please visit our store located in Glenshaw, PA or call us at (412) 767-9915. When calling to place an order for delivery, you should have the recipient's information including their full name, address (including the zip code), and a phone number. Also, for orders, we will need your full name and phone number along with a message for the included card.
Can I place a special order for flowers?
Yes, absolutely! Please visit us or give us a call. Let us know what you would like and when you would like the order by. We will do our best to accommodate your custom order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do! We make deliveries daily during operating hours and we can accommodate if you need the delivery by a certain day and/or time.
Do you offer gift cards for purchase?
Yes, of course! Currently, we offer paper gift cards that can be purchased in-store. If requested, the envelope of the gift card can be dressed up by an employee upon availability.
What is the return policy?
The return policy for My Garden Floral is returns can be made within 24 hours from the date & time of purchase. As for fresh flowers, we offer a 100% guarantee because we believe in offering the best product for our customers. If there are any questions regarding the return policy, please ask a team member.
